We undertake medical check-up of all employees over 40 years of age. Those found to have BP and blood sugar above acceptable levels are sent for regular medical check-ups and progress is tracked.

We undertake hobby and awareness classes for employees and their families wherein they are introduced to new hobbies as well as personality development concepts.

Pidilite also has a cricket club and employees are encouraged to participate in cricket tournaments through the same.

Our office complex at Kondivita in Mumbai houses a recreational area that gives employees an opportunity to unwind, relax their minds and bodies, and feel rejuvenated. It features a swimming Pool, Gymnasium and Games Room, with table tennis and carrom boards, as well as a Reading Room.
